Questions are written offline from a curated evidence base (ESMO guidelines, NICE Technology Appraisals, and related references) with AI assistance, then reviewed before being added to the bank. They are a study aid and may contain errors — always confirm against primary sources.
No. The app ships with a built-in question bank and works offline. When online, it quietly refreshes the bank so you get the latest questions.
